1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Items purchased on sale or during promotions.
• Gift cards.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at contact@moroccanberberstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and provide you with the return address in Morocco.
3. Once you ship the item back, send us the tracking number as proof of shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).

5. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
• If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
